13X APG molecular sieve is an type of air separation special molecular sieve, the main component is molecular sieve, pore size of 10A.13X-APG molecular sieve refers to sodium X type molecular sieve, 13X-APG molecular sieve can adsorb molecules with critical diameter not greater than 10 angstroms. It is a special molecular sieve produced to meet the special requirements of deep cold air separation industry, further improve the adsorption capacity of CO2 and H2O, and avoid the phenomenon of frozen tower in the air separation process.
13X air separation molecular sieve has a high carbon dioxide adsorption capacity, and can adsorb trace moisture in the air, acetylene and other hydrocarbons, suitable for various sizes of deep cold air separation devices.
The 13X-APG molecular sieve is used in industry for general gas drying, which can realize the co-adsorption of H2O and H2S, and is widely used in the deep cooling air separation and purification system to remove H2O and CO2, and avoid the phenomenon of frozen tower in the deep cooling process. The 13X-APG molecular sieve has been widely used in the compressed air industry and the air separation equipment in chemical plants and steel mills.
Use: First used for material purification of large and medium-sized air separation unit (remove H2O and CO2 together) and some hydrocarbons, drying and desulfurization of natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas and liquid hydrocarbon; common gas drying.
Molecular sieve regeneration:
1.Remove water: depending on the pressure, temperature, water content of regeneration equipment. In general, 200~350℃ of dry gas under the pressure of 0.3~0.5Kg/ square centimeter, through the molecular sieve bed for 3~4 hours, make the outlet temperature to 110~180℃, then cooling.
2.Deorganisation: replace organic matter with water vapor, and then remove the water.
Storage:
1.room temperature, the relative humidity is not more than 90% of the room
2.to prevent water, acid, alkali, air barrier, sealed storage.
