Infrared honeycomb ceramic plate is made of Cordierite and widely used on gas burner. We are the professional provider of infrared ceramic plate. It is normally used on BBQ and gas heater. As its far infrared lines, it can increase temperature fast and keep heat energy very well. The infrared ceramic plate is honeycombed with many direct holes through its plate body. The ceramic plate usded for BBQ and the ceramic plate used for gas heater has little different. Normally the plate for gas heater has larger hole. Its hole size is from Dia1.38 to Dia1.6mm. But the hole size of BBQ ceramic plate is normally smaller with dia about 1.0mm to dia1.25mm.
In Russia Market, they always use the infrared ceramic plate for gas heater as Russia is very cold in winter. Gas heater is the good choice to get them warm because they have rich natural gas.
Now I am introducing two of the most popular types of the infrared ceramic plate for gas heater. One of the popular size is 139mm*114mm*13mm. Another popular size is 142mm*144mm*13mm. Both of he hole size of these two types are dia1.45mm which is the standard hole for gas heater. We can also stop some hole if required.
