Gas heater has two types liquid gas heater and natural gas heater. The difference is the pressure of the nozzle. These two types could not be mixed. And all types of natural gas heater is only used for natural gas pipeline not for tank natural gas.
Gas heater includes indoor type and outdoor type. We mainly talk about indoor type. It is often used in office, home and other small rooms. It is normally used in 20-30 square meters room where air flows well.
The portable gas heater is normally max 4.2kw power with max gas amount 0.3kg/h. The power is adjustable. Smaller power, smaller gas amount. The portable gas heater is installed in factory. When customer buy it, they only need open the package and connect gas before use according to the instructions.
Heating principle
When gas combustion, the honeycomb ceramic plates are heated and get red rapidly. Through the infrared honeycomb ceramic plate heat the air, air convection occurs during gas combustion to circulate the heated air. Meantime, the red hot honeycomb ceramic plate can produce far infrared radiation to heat the surrounding objects. This type of infrared is harmless to human beings.
Protection device
Portable gas heater normally has three protection devices including dumping protection, flame out protection and hypoxia protection
1.Dumping protection
During working, when the gas heater vibrate or dump by collision,The build-in dump protection switch will react immediately.The power supply circuit of the magnetic valve will be cut off. The magnetic valve will extend out to close the gas supply pipe.We need replace the gas heater control switch to ignite the gas heater again.
2.Flameout protection
No matter how the gas heater flames out, the thermo-couple will stop generating current. Under the condition of no current, the solenoid valve will automatically extend out to close the gas supply line, thus the gas heater will cut off gas automatically. We need replace the gas heater control switch to ignite the gas heater again.
3.Hypoxia protection
Before the oxygen content in air drop down to affect the normal breath of human beings, the flame will be out of the heat induction needle.the thermo-couple will stop generating current. Under the condition of no current, the solenoid valve will automatically extend out to close the gas supply line, thus the gas heater will cut off gas automatically. We need replace the gas heater control switch to ignite the gas heater again.
This three kinds of protection devices work through the solenoid valve to stop gas. If any of the protection device fails, the gas heater will not work properly.So it is not reasonable when the gas heater is workable but the protection device fails.
