The application of the plastic ball

1.Industrial application

The industrial plastic hollow and solid ball is widely used in the chemical factories. It is filled into the chemical column to help make treatment of exhaust gas and outlet water. Also it are normally used to cover on the surface of electrolytic cell to reduce volatilization of toxic gas.

2.Outside application

The plastic ball is also widely used as shade balls.It is covered on large surface of big pond, river, sea and lake.Plastic shade ball can efficiently reduce evaporation. As it is directly used in sun irradiation, The shade balls are usually black color. The black shade ball has longer service time than other color.

3.Boiler application

The PP plastic ball with completely new material has food grade quality. It can resist 100℃. The polished plastic hollow ball are used in boilers in these year. It cover on the liquid surface to reduce vapour.

4.level gauge application

The colorful small plastic ball are normally used as level gauge floating ball to show the liquid level of the container. The color is red, yellow, blue or as per requirement of customer. The common size is dia5mm, dia6mm, dia8mm, dia10mm and so on.The size and color could be customized. The material of this type of plastic hollow ball is usually PP and PE or customized.

5.Roller ball bottle application

The polished plastic ball are also widely used in cosmetics, medicine and many other field.It is used as roller ball on bottles. The plastic roll-on bottle is normally used for liquid container and it is very convenient to use.
