Ceramic corrugated packing is a new type of regular packing, which is composed of many packing units with the same geometry.It is much economic than metallic corrugated packing and can resist much higher temperature than plastic corrugated packing. Because of the unique structure of ceramics, with good hydrophilic properties, its surface can form a very thin liquid film turbulence and the inclined winding channel,which can promote the air flow but does not block the air flow so that the ceramic filler can match the metal packing, and its corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance can not be compared metal packing. The surface structure has good wetting performance, which can accelerate the flow of liquid and reduce the amount of filling stagnation liquid to the minimum. Thus reducing the chance of overheating, polymerization, and coking.
According to the different corrugated vertical inclination, it can be divided into X and Y. The inclination of X is 300 and Y is 450. The ceramic corrugated packing X type has a smaller pressure drop, while the Y type has better mass transfer performance. In order to balance the pressure drop and mass transfer performance, holes can be opened on the plates. Because the corrugated packing filler has no obvious amplification effect, its surface roughness and the material unique corrosion resistance characteristics,the corrugated packing filler are widely used in the distillation, steam extraction, absorption, extraction and other mass transfer process of petrochemical industry.

Advantage

Main Application
1. Distillation of halogenated organic compounds.
2. Distillation and absorption of corrosive mixtures with strict requirements for the pressure drop and the number of theoretical plates.
3. In the tower with sulfuric acid absorption, nitric acid extraction and gas purification in fertilizer plants.
4. Vacuum operation starting from 100Pa.
5. As heat exchanger, defister or catalyst carrier, etc
