Commercial pizza oven is always much larger than family pizza oven and have higher temperature. They need large size of cordierite pizza stone and it is much thicker than family type. The production process is also some different. It is harder and has higher density.

The wooden case package is strong enough to protect the pizza stones. We normally pack 20-50pcs in one case. The exact packing number is depending on the pizza stone size.
