Infrared honeycomb ceramic burning plate is one of our most popular products. It is widely used on BBQ grill, gas heater and family stove. The fuel is natural gas or liquid gas . It is small and portable so it always appears in outside party to prepare delicious foods for guests.
The material of the infrared honeycomb ceramic burning plate is cordierite. The main composition is Al2O3 and SiO2. Al2O3 content is about 36% and SiO2 content is about 49%. The ceramic plate has high capacity of thermal storage and heat resistance. So it can save at least 30% energy than normal stoves with no honeycomb ceramic plate.So it is widely exported to the whole world such as America, Peru, Chile, Argentina, Iran, Turkey, Germany, England,Japan, South Korea and so on.
We have about 100 sets of mold currently. Almost all size you need,we can produce.Also we can make new molds as per customers special requirements.If quantity can be up to 40000pcs,we will make new molds on free.Or when the quantity of the orders up to 40000pcs in total, we will return the mold fee or the mold fee paid by customer could pay for products.

For infrared honeycomb ceramic plate 132mm x 92mm x 13mm, we normally pack with 100pcs/carton and each package can load 7200pcs. So one 20 feet full container can load 72000pcs. The total net weight is 8600kgs. The delivery time is 15days.If 40 feet full container, it can load 158400pcs. The total net weight is 19000kgs.The delivery time is 30days.
We also produce round shape ceramic plate for family stove and mini stove. The diameter could from dia50mm to dia170mm. The hole shape is square or round. The most popular size is dia50mm, dia70mm, dia90mm, dia114mm, dia150mm, dia158mm,dia168mm and so on. Both of the size of the plate and hole could be customized.
