Pall ring packing is a new type of packing, which is improved for some main shortcomings of Raschig ring. For example, for the metallic Pall ring ,it is made of eight holes of rectangular small windows on the wall of ordinary Raschig ring, with the small window blades matching in the center of the ring, and the upper and lower Windows overlapping with each other. The main difference between it and the Raschig ring packing is that there is a rectangular window hole on the side wall, and the window leaves of the windows holes bends into the ring center. Because of the ring wall holes, the distribution performance of gas and liquid is greatly improved compared with the Raschig ring, especially the inner surface area of the ring can be fully utilized.

The metal materials include SUS304,SUS316,SUS316L, carbon steel, SUS201SUS,410, etc. And the plastic materials include PP, RPP, CPVC, PVDF, PVC, PTFE, FEP, PFA, etc. The plastic Pall ring packing is generally divided into three shapes: * shape, # shape, + shape, and other special types of Pall ring. Pall Ring packing Use:

Plastic Pall ring packing is especially suitable for medium, low temperature (60-150 degrees) distillation and absorption and washing tower in petroleum, chemical industry, chlor-alkali, coal gas, environmental protection and other industries, carbon dioxide degassing tower, ozone contact reaction tower and other industries as contact packing and other reaction towers.

Ceramic Pall ring packing is suitable for carbon dioxide degassing tower acid fog purification tower, ozone contact reaction tower as contact filler and other reaction tower.

Application of metal Pall ring packing: vacuum distillation column, heat sensitivity, easy decomposition, easy polymerization, easy carbon materials.

Product characteristics

Due to the opening of the ring wall, the utilization rate of the inner space and the inner surface of the ring is greatly improved, the airflow resistance is small, and the liquid distribution is uniform. It has the advantages of large flux, small resistance, high separation efficiency and large operation elasticity, etc. Under the same pressure reduction, the treatment amount can be more than 50% larger than that of the Raschig ring. Compared with Raschig ring, this packing has the characteristics of large production capacity, strong resistance and large operation elasticity. In general, the same pressure drop,its working capacity is 50% -100% larger than that of Raschig ring, and the same working capacity, pressure drop is 50% -70% smaller than that of Raschig ring. The gas flux of Pall ring can be increased by more than 50%, and the efficiency of quality transfer equipment is increased by about 30%. So the Pall ring is a widely used filler.
