We are one of the most professional manufacture for Pizza baking stones. We not only have the standard common sizes mold, but also make customized product. We can produce new types as per customers’ requirement with special size and special shapes. We can also make pizza stones with customers own Logo and other special information on it.
We exported the first order of the new year after the Chinese Spring Holiday For Samsung and Fujitsu.
As per the requirement of the customer, we have laser Logo on the pizza baking stones based on the design drawing of the customer. The laser Logo is a very popular type of logo. It is very economic and easy to be added on the baking stones. As the laser logo is added directly on the stones after we finished the baking stone, we don’t need make new special mold for it. We can save much cost for our customers.

We also can prepare whole set of the pizza baking parts for customers such as pizza knife, pizza Shovel, pizza peel and so on. Following pictures for reference.
About the packaging of the parts. We can choose the simple package and could also design the special EPE foam for the parts. But the cost is a little high. It just depends on the demand of the customer.
Inside the box, we normally use EPE foam to fill and protect the pizza baking stones. It is enough sturdy for transportation.

For this order, we printed color box as per customer’s drawing. We filled EPE foam and prepare wholes parts with the pizza baking stones. We put one piece of pizza baking stone in the color box with parts of pizza knife and pizza shovel. There are 5 box in one carton. We normally put 5-6 box in one carton if there is no special requirement from customer.

For export of Cordierite pizza baking stones, the package is very important. It is not only be suitable for transportation but also meet requirement of sales. For retail, we always finish print of the box so that it can come into the market when our customer received it without any re-packaging. If only for the supply of stove manufacture, we could pack simple with simple PE bag for each piece and about 5pcs in one box which can save cost of package and delivery.
