Infrared ceramic plate is the most popular spare part of gas burner. It has high function of thermal storage, uniform heat and high temperature. The most regular size of gas burner infrared ceramic plate is 132*92*13mm. It almost account for half of our production volume. So we keep 2 machines producing this size every day.

It is said that we can provide all the sizes within ±2mm to the standard size 132*92*13mm. The thickness could be from 12mm to 14mm. It is according to customers requirement. If now special requirement for the thickness, the regular thickness is 13mm.
As your know , this ceramic plate is honeycomb style. There are more than 1000 through holes on the plate. Honeycomb is the special characteristic of the ceramic plate which ensure its excellent combustion performance. Normally the hole size includes diameter of 1.2mm, 1.25mm, 1.3mm, 1.38mm, 1.45mm and other sizes according to the customers requirement. All size could be customized for dedicate usage.
About the package, we normally pack 100pcs/carton.Of cause, if you have requirement about the number of each carton, we can pack as your requirement. We also can print text and logo on the carton accordingly. In order to avoid any damage during the transportation, all plates are wrapped with pearl cotton then put into the carton.
For export, we normally has two ways of outer package.
1.Pallet
The pallets include plastic pallet and wood pallet. The raw wood pallet should be fumigated before loading or we can choose the export dedicated pallets which don’t need be fumigated. We also use plastic film to wrap around the cartons t o avoid damage and water
2.Wooden case
Export wooden case is a very suitable packing materials. It is hard enough to protect the product as the ceramic is fragile. But the cost of the wooden case it much higher than pallets. If your budget is enough, you can choose wooden case.
For all shipment, we can delivery by sea or by air, or very small parcel, if urgent,we can send by international express. For the freight, we accept freight prepaid or freight collect.
