Production process
Our production process also ensure the high quality of our infrared ceramic plate.
It is shaped by press forming. And we need 2 days for natural drying. Then we put the semi-manufactured goods into the drying oven. These process brings long serving life and high yield of the product.
After drying, it will be fired for 14 hours in stove under 1200℃. All unhealthy materials will disappear under high temperature.So it is very suitable for gas burner heater and cooking food.
